Is MGA Follow UP available in multiple languages?
Yes. MGA Follow UP supports French, English, Arabic, German, Russian, and Chinese. The interface automatically adapts to the user's language.
What is the Degany AI assistant?
Degany is the AI assistant built into MGA Follow UP. It helps create products, generate sales forecasts, produce automatic reports, and automate over 40 business tasks. It uses advanced language models (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI GPT, Google Gemini) and communicates in real time via Socket.IO.
Does MGA Follow UP offer a mobile application?
Yes. MGA Follow UP is a Progressive Web App (PWA) installable on Android and iOS. A native version is also available via Capacitor, allowing full access to all features from a smartphone.
How do the pricing plans work?

How much does MGA Follow UP cost?
MGA Follow UP offers a free plan and three paid plans: Starter at 49,000 Ar/month, Pro at 149,000 Ar/month, and Max at 399,000 Ar/month. Each plan unlocks more features (POS, inventory, CRM, social media, Degany AI) and higher quotas.
Does MGA Follow UP offer a free trial?
Yes. The Free plan allows you to get started at no cost and without a credit card to test the platform's core features. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time as your business grows.
What payment methods are accepted?
MGA Follow UP accepts Mobile Money (Orange Money, MVola, Airtel Money), online card payments via papi.mg, PayPal, Binance Pay, and the internal ArCoin wallet.
Is there any time commitment?
No. Subscriptions are billed monthly with no commitment. You can cancel your renewal at any time from your billing portal; your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. The new features and quotas apply immediately upon activation of the new plan.
